Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Bright Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Richmond, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
