What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
