Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
