Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Mill Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
