Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Banking Services is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
