Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
