Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
