Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Nest Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
