Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cobalt Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about print quotes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
