Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sable Water Authority Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
