Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
