Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We invest in training. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
