Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Rivermark Drift Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
