Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Umber Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about intake forms. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
