Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Northwind West Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Little Rock. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
