Lumen Meadow Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files.
