Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Boston with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
