Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Amberfield Banking Services is a regional lender in Cincinnati with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
