Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Community Partners Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
