Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Clearpath Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Las Vegas area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
