Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Clearpath Rowan Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
