Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Rivermark Linden Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
