What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
