Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Summit Willow Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
