Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
