Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
