Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Energy Group is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
