Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Louisville area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
