Content Writer - plain-language guides (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 445 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
