We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
