Highbridge Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Phoenix with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
