Content Writer - plain-language guides (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Philadelphia serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
