Content Writer - plain-language guides (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
