Content Writer - plain-language guides (Omaha, NE)

Northwind West Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Omaha area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
