Content Writer - plain-language guides (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Drift Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
