You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it.
