Summit Pine Housing is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on plain-language guides for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
