Content Writer - plain-language guides (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school calendars. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
