Content Writer - plain-language guides (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Minneapolis presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Basic SEO knowledge.
