Content Writer - plain-language guides (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 257 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
