Content Writer - plain-language guides (Miami, FL)

Redstone Summit Community Partners runs community programmes across Miami. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
