Content Writer - plain-language guides (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
