Content Writer - plain-language guides (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 967 people based in Madison. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about trust accounts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
