Rivermark Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Madison. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
