Content Writer - plain-language guides (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Vista Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Louisville and nearby communities, and we need a Content Writer to lead our plain-language guides. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
