Content Writer - plain-language guides (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Energy Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
