Content Writer - plain-language guides (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Drift Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be plain-language guides. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client files. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
