Bright Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Knoxville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
