Highbridge Bright Community Partners is a Kansas City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
