Highbridge Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on plain-language guides. You would join a large organisation of about 467 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge.
